Important Dates and Deadlines for the 2024 - 2025 School Year

 

Seniors are given a copy of their transcript in mid- September in their American Government class. Included with this transcript is information related to college visits, scholarships, the ACT and the college application process.

 

 

September 2024:  School Counselors will be in American Government classes reviewing transcripts, college information, and senior year updates.  

September 10, 2024:  All students in grades 9 - 12 will attend the "Think Fast" event sponsored by the Henry County Health Department. This event is grant funded and we are so excited to bring this program to our students! 

October 1, 2024:  First date that seniors can complete a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) for the 2025-2026 school year. The website to access the FAFSA is www.fafsa.gov.  Please remember - the FAFSA is always free to fill out and submit! Do not pay a fee -- this means you are not on the correct site. 

November 2024 :  Americanism Test will be given to students who sign up in grades 10-12. This test is sponsored annually by the American Legion.
