Contemporary Issues in Society

The course focuses on collecting, organizing, evaluating, and synthesizing information from multiple sources to draw logical conclusions about modern events, people, and issues and how they affect our lives today.  Emphasis will be placed on working in a research team setting and incorporating technology to complete presentations over various topics.
