Weight training is an introductory course where a student would enroll in the Wildcat Lifting Program. Through weight training, a student will engage in a systematic plan of exercise that will result in positive strength and cardiovascular gains. This course will combine flexibility exercises, speed and agility training, and free weight lifting with the objective of developing an all-around explosive athlete which is the focus of this program.
Following successful completion of a semester in weight training, a student may elect to enroll in additional semesters of the course and continue to build on prior knowledge and physical goals.
