Business Foundations

FEE REQUIRED if participating in DECA.

Course is designed to introduce students to economic systems and economic setting in which it functions.  Students will look into how businesses operate and are organized, and issues that affect us as consumers, workers, and citizens.  Students will earn about consumer behavior, career exploration and learn to manage personal and financial affairs.  The course will also cover dealings with consumer credit, writing checks, investing and insurance.  Students will also have the opportunity to be involved in DECA.
