Students will apply knowledge of the elements of art and principles of design to create unique works of art through various printmaking techniques such as etching, linocut, and monotype. Artists and their processes will be studied throughout the course. Students are expected to allow for time outside of class to complete work satisfactorily, and may need to furnish some materials.
