Painting

PAINTING 

Semester Course        All Grades                    1/2 credit                      Prerequisite: Design Foundations or Art 1                  

Students will study, develop, and apply skills as they relate to painting using watercolor and acrylic techniques. Color theory will be explored, and students will work on developing a better understanding of color-mixing. Various artists and their works will be examined. Students are expected to allow for time outside of class to complete work satisfactorily. Students must pay a lab fee with this course.
